About the project
The architect Moshe Tzur designed a tower that will be built between the peaceful neighborhood of Neve Tzedek and the vibrant Levinsky Market. The 40-floor tower will incorporate residential, hotel and office uses in a variety of wide, spacious, and accessorized spaces as well as a facilities floor.
The great location provides the tenants and the office workers with easy access to public transportation, businesses and commercial areas of southern Tel Aviv, as well as close proximity to the seashore, and the cafés and restaurants along the promenade.
