About the project
The building at 6 Tur Malka Street in Tel Aviv is undergoing a transformation with an urban renewal program ("TAMA 38"), that will solidify the building and accommodate it to its tenants' varying needs, add new apartments, and of course, expand and renew the existing apartments and the entire building, thus making it safer for them and the new tenants. Tenants and buyers will also enjoy an increase in the value of their apartment, expected to increase significantly upon completion of the program. The plan for the renewed building is highly updated and meticulous. Apartments for sale are not easily found in Tel Aviv, let alone such that are also suitable for both young couples and families, but the project at 6 Tur Malka is all of the above.
