About the project
Ramat HaHayal is a vibrant region that integrated office buildings used by a variety of companies, among which are leading high-tech and start-up companies, and many renowned restaurants. For years, the area is considered the main employment and recreational focus of the north-eastern region of Tel Aviv. YBOX, in cooperation with Tidhar Group, is initiating a new complex, which harmoniously and extraordinarily integrates innovative office spaces and retail areas, and is expected to add charm and interest to the popular region of Ramat HaHayal.
The tower will be built as an architectural icon with a fascinating structure. The project's overall office area will include about 23,500 square metres, i.e., 1,000 - 1,600 square metres on each of its 20 floors. The offices will be planned such that offers maximal flexibility in the distribution of spaces, allowing the lease of entire floors, portions of floors, or small offices, all custom-made, with high standards and elaborated specifications. The retail and recreational areas will create an avenue around the tower, which will include green areas and a pleasant square. The project will be built at a central location in Ramat HaHayal, near the northern market, in a vibrant environment with wonderful cafés and restaurants. The Light Rail's green line expected to be paved through Raoul Wallenberg Street, in addition to the existing train and bus lines, will significantly further increase the accessibility of the complex.
The planning of the tower will be made by the architects Auerbach Halevy, and Moti Kassif and Uri Barely from BLK, renowned for their ability to plan extraordinary projects that transform the urban landscape across the country. The design of the public spaces will be made by the leading architect Alex Meitlis.
