In the last few years, Florentine neighborhood has transformed from yet another neighborhood at the outskirts of the city to an excellent real estate investment and a magnet for young people and families looking for apartments for sale in Tel Aviv. Due to its proximity to the seashore and the city's cultural institutions, as well as all the recreational and commercial centres, Florentine neighborhood has become one of the most popular neighborhoods in the city.
