About the project
Many new projects thrive in Tel Aviv as a whole, among which Yad Eliyahu neighborhood is particularly prominent. Gallipoli Street is at the center of the burgeoning neighborhood, which has become one of the city's most popular residential areas. Yad Eliyahu's urban renewal revolution is the main reason for the increase in demand for new apartments in the area, alongside the neighborhood's proximity to major arterial roads and excellent public transportation infrastructure. The Light Rail that is currently being built will connect Yad Eliyahu to the city's main streets of HaShalom Road and Yehuda HaLevi Street, as well as a network of cycle tracks expected to be paved throughout the neighborhood, will facilitate green and fast mobility within the city. The entire area is experiencing a real construction boom: in addition to the residential buildings in the neighborhood, many public buildings are being built, including educational institutions, extensive gardens, and shopping centres with various stores, cafés, and restaurants that will meet all the needs of the developing neighborhood.
