Established in 1882, the Scottish House operated in Jaffa for 60 years.
Originally serving as a hospital until the establishment of the State of Israel, it later became a hotel managed by Scottish tenants—thus earning its distinctive name.
Today, following a meticulous preservation process of the compound’s six historic buildings, the site is coming back to life.
The project will include a luxurious hotel alongside a separate residential building, maintaining the site’s historic character while blending seamlessly with the contemporary spirit of Tel Aviv–Jaffa.
