Designed by architects Urban Halevi, Moti Kassif, and Uri Bareli, with interior design by Alex Meitlis, the tower will seamlessly integrate modular office spaces, vibrant commercial areas, and an inviting green boulevard.

Spanning 23,500 square meters, the complex will feature 20 high-standard office floors, offering maximum flexibility—from small offices to entire floors.
