In the vibrant Florentin neighborhood,DUET – The Gvulot Complex by YBOX, sets a new standard for urban living in the nonstop city.
Designed by architect Gidi Bar Orian and interior designer Oded Halaf, the project combines a dynamic commercial frontage along Matalon Street with two 10-story residential buildings and a unique boutique building.
With approximately 200 residential units and 1,030 square meters of retail space, the project harmonizes with the neighborhood’s authentic character and offers residents proximity to the beach, culture, and nightlife of Tel Aviv.
